All of our rooms are air-conditioned and fully equipped with cleaning supplies, oils, clean towels and more, as well as an extensive collection of BDSM equipment and gear for use in your rental. Our rooms feature adjustable LED lighting and music to give your scene that special ambiance that is so important. Bottled water and soda are available at no charge. Room rental rates for BDSM Industry Professionals are $100/hr. Walk in rentals are welcome and no appointment is necessary, however if you have a particular room that you would like to rent, we recommend that you call us at 310-910-0525 to check availability and reserve your favorite room.
