Hotel Deposit Schedule
Booked through Nov 30, 2026: $500 deposit
Dec 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027: $1,000 deposit
Jun 1, 2027 – Oct 31, 2027: $1,500 deposit
On or after Nov 1, 2027: full payment required
Hotel Cancellation Fees
Up to Nov 30, 2026: $125 pp
Dec 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027: $250 pp
Jun 1, 2027 – Oct 31, 2027: $375 pp
On or after Nov 1, 2027: no refund
Dates stay the same regardless of booking date. Cancellations must be sent in writing to your travel agent.
